Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil

The Pinto Post | Recipes - Spicy Chilli Garlic Oil: Boiled pasta or noodles and no sauce? Chilli oil to the rescue! Make this super easy chilli garlic oil in 5mins.

I am sure just like me everyone loves pasta, noodles, dumplings/momos/wontons etc. Believe me this chilli garlic oil goes with all of it really well. I made this magic portion in under 5 mins, go grab your stuff and let's start.

All you need is,

  • 1/4 cup crushed dry chilli
  • 5-6 peeled and chopped cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 glass jar

In a pan, heat the oil for about 2 minutes, make sure it doesn't burn. Add the chilli and garlic to the glass jar, then slowly and carefully add the hot oil, it will sputter and fall over if you add everything at once, therefore add it gradually. Let it sit overnight. It's all ready to use.
